During the whole process, Shawn kept checking in to make sure I was feeling okay, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. The tattoo itself came out amazing—the detail and shading are perfect, and I’m so happy with how it turned out.

Old town ink has been around a while and over the years has had great artists. The owner of the shop is a world renowned tattoo artist who has one televised competitions. It's a simple shop but it's decently priced and the artists are generally friendly. It's a tattoo shop it's very casual, but it's also a business so they're on top of things. I've gotten tattoos here and they're honest about what they're doing they'll fix something if they make a mistake and they listen to what you want. They'll also be upfront if they won't be comfortable doing something.

Walking into the tattoo parlor on my vacation, I lucked out by getting Cory as my artist. He perfectly captured my son's middle name in a soft, elegant script that I absolutely adore. When I mentioned my fading Ohana tattoo, Cory quickly offered to touch it up, adding depth and vibrant highlights that really made it pop. Cory's light hand and down to earth personality made the whole experience fantastic. If you're looking for top-notch talent, ask for Cory--you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to come back!
