We have used Norris Air for 5-6 years with 2 previous residences, and this recent appointment was for new thermostats and a system check at our 3rd residence. Amazing customer service I had just had surgery and went to turn on my heat wouldn't come on. This company came out the next business day for Me. Dan the service man was wonderful took care of issue and thoroughly checked over everything. I highly recommend this company.
