Great experience with the staff and dr. Very friendly and efficient service. I appreciate that they explained what insurance covers and they weren't pushy with add-on options such as blue-light and insurance. It looks a bit shabby on the outside but it's worth it to come here. *update: it took 3 weeks to get some glasses for a 6 yr old, not even a tricky prescription. I would've like to know ahead of time the real timeframe. I was told less than a week on appt day, then when that time passed I was told it was actually 14 days but they usually get them earlier, then ended up getting them a bit over 3 weeks later. FYI.*

Very impressed with Dr. Lele at the McKellips Rd Mesa office. Very thorough and appreciated the time she spent with me. The staff in the optical center were also very helpful when picking out new frames.
