My first time this location not first time N V. So, the good part, Francisco a nice guy excellent technician extremely helpful. Great value new lenses on a very delicate older frame. very happy 5* on that. Then, they sell CL solutions I wanted one for RGP...their 'sheet' says $12 and the item in stock same price, BUT BUT BUT, .33 ounce vs. .27 ounce in stock. That is 18% less stuff for still $12. not cool and their old price sheet ought to be UPdated. it isn't...period. Last I paid via cc yet not Francisco but a lady took to 'his' terminal and accidentally inputed 'paid by check'. guess what to undo that took 20 minutes. bottom line. FRANCISCO is the only person I'd buy anything from in that store, the others have zero patience.
We found this location about 2 years ago when we moved to the Mesa area. They take most insurence and they are wonderful with kids!! The staff hardly changes, which is nice. We really liked the optometrist he is super fun makes the tests fun, just over all a great place!! Best prices even if you want to upgrade there are price ranges for you!
Went in today as a walk in and Malindra handled what I needed done swiftly and effeciently. She took good care of me and my needs.There was no rush either, I was able to take my time and look around for the frames that suited me. I highly recommend her to anyone that visits this location. Good looking out Malindra???
