I can probably say everything everyone else has said but the truth of the matter is I searched several different places for the home I bought from Sam. For the same home I was quoted up to 70 thousand dollars more than Sam. Sam produced the home in less time than he originally said and allowed me to pick out the colors of everything which he delivered perfectly. If you don't buy from Sam all I can say is good Luck. Sam you are the best.

Sam is the best. I’ve never seen someone with such patience. Over a month that we were purchasing a home, my wife was changing her mind daily and having me contact him to ask questions and make changes. We finally got the house she wanted and all the adjustments she wanted. This took a little over two hours of finalizing. Then we came to see Sam about a down payment. And she changed her mind again. She wanted a totally different house. And Sam just took it in stride ( like it happens every day). I was frustrated but, with less changes to the new house, she was finally happy. Wow, where do I start. Sam Jones has been excellent to work with regarding the purchase of my new manufactured home. My wife and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and ran across this unit at Mobile Homes on Main. From the get go Sam, answered our questions, obtained information regarding the purchase and gave us a great price on this unit. Sam & General Manager, Gina Lee went over and above working with us on our purchase and viewing of the unit. My wife and I are so excited & can hardly wait to have our new unit installed at our property.
