Shannon not only gave me the best haircut I have ever received but an experience I won’t forget either. She was able to know exactly what I wanted and even improved upon my style having only been given a simple concept of what I wanted.
She was confident in what she was doing and made sure to talk me through everything to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. During my haircut, she made me laugh and gave me a wonderful experience I won’t forget.
Not only did Shannon go above and beyond in taking care of me, but she won me over as a customer who will make this there one and only place to return to for a haircut.
I selected first available arrive 15 min early and she was ready. Smiles and humor made the haircut personalized to perfection. The quality of the cut was what I needed topped off with a mental escape from the stress of life. She was funny and polite. Thank you
Recently (1yr8m) moved to Arizona an bought a place in Apache Junction, an it was not by any means a smooth easy transition. It was chaos an gut wrenching turmoil, but I'll spare you of all the details.
That being said, i found Mug using Google search, so I booked an appointment with whoever they gave me not knowing anyone, an i got Candice. Well I'm so glad they did because she is amazing, everyone at this location is awesome. Everyone is personable an polite, can't say enough good things about this location.
