I was hesitant at first to use M&H as I am on the West Coast, but decided to give it a go after reading their reviews and checking them out online. They were very responsive and quick to get back and forth with me to answer questions, review changes, and show images of proposed changes. Their service was faster than I could have gotten from any of the local places, yet cost about half the price. I had the unfortunate experience of it getting damaged by the shipper, but R&H was true to their word and replaced it for no extra charge. We ordered our mothers headstone and it was beautiful! It was four inches think with a cross and flowers for a fraction of the price that I was quoted by a local. It took 20 days to get it and it looked exactly like the picture in line. I liked how I chose my design and the process was easy. The shipping was good and everything arrived in good condition. They had a payment plan through affirmative shop pay, too. It’s cheaper to go through their website than Amazon. I highly recommend!
