David spent the time and effort to thoroughly test my fireplace for gas leaks and found no problems. A previous technician from the city gas company thought he had detected a leak and that's why I called David's company to check it out. David performed far more exhaustive testing than the city guy so I trust his expertise the most.
My husband and I discovered Rich's excellent blog when we were evaluating equipment recommendations from different HVAC companies in the LA area. What a valuable resource! Great company to work with. I have used several HVAC companies over the years and I always felt like they found something wrong to increase their sales. The last company I used told me I should remount my HVAC correctly and replace all of my ducting. I was suspicious. I was referred to Magic Touch by someone in the HVAC industry. My technician was David Pascali and I would encourage you to request him for your service needs. David inspected everything and told me all is well and well within specifications.
