The entire staff, from the owner Rich down to the receptionist Kathleen is professional. I really appreciate them and value them. Lucas S., my technician, is always great. I feel comfortable with him in my home.
Dave P inspected both of my gas fireplaces on his annual visit - identified a leak in the control system of one. Will replace the entire log/electronic start once product arrives. When that is installed the other fireplace will be cleaned and ready for the winter. Very professional & trusted service I would recommend.
