The worst communication I’ve ever seen. I absolutely would not invest your money or do any business here. We are in an emergency situation with my 90 yr old mothers health. She’s had to go into a group home which is several thousand dollars a month. We’ve been trying to get in touch with her advisor for 3 months about getting a bigger withdrawal and finding out her options, penalties etc. NO ONE HAS CALLED US BACK. First of all, most of the time they never answer their phone. You have to leave messages or email. However, there have been a few times they did answer.
