Legacy CPAS

I have used Legacy for over a decade and don't plan to go anywhere. At the same time I get frustrated sometimes. Example, when Daniel left the firm, I didn't learn about it until later and it seems my unfinished tax return was just sitting around until I called to check on it. Example: I do not like the new system of uploading required documents. The old system was better because I could just upload a large block of docs in one place. Yifang is doing a great job. I hope I can stay with him. I appreciate whatever you can do to keep your fees competitive.

Stay away! We tried to reach out with questions, calls and texts repeatedly with no response or help. We were severely overcharged and finding out this year with our new CPA many mistakes were made in a few of our accounts. There are many better, thorough, more efficient and less expensive choices out there!

One of the most unprofessional organizations I've ever dealt with. Delayed the filing of my income taxes by more than 3 months. Never bothered to even start them. There are plenty of CPAs out there - you'd be well served to find a better one.
