We had John's Heating, Cooling and Plumbing replace our AC a few years back and they have been great. We ended up having issues that we thought could have possibly been related to the AC and scheduled them to come out. there was some slight miscommunication in setting this up (and this is not to blame on the person who scheduled, it was kind of a one off thing, so no fault there) and Noah was sent out. When he found out what was going on and informed me that technically, it's not what they do, he was able to waive the appointment altogether and still provided me with some amazing information and answered all of my questions. This company is great and everyone we have dealt with there have been amazing. Thank you guys for being such a great company, and thank you Noah for being such a great technician and a great person.
