Meeting with the doctor has been OK, but from my experience, they don't entirely read the file prior to walking in the room. You must be your own advocate, or have your advocate with you. As for the front office and assistance, I would say very on organized at best. Double and triple check your appointments and don't expect any response from emails with questions.
I saw Dr Kantala and Dr Bakhru throughout my cancer treatments.Everyone there was kind respectful and infomative.I had stage 4 had spread. After chemo and surgery, I am cancer free.I would highly recommend all of the people there. Including the front desk staff, the nurses in the chemo room. I am very grateful.
Dr Bansal is helping my mother with her treatments for cancer. He and his staff have been great. After what was initially a fatal diagnosis in the ER, Dr Bansal has given us some hope and was very upfront about all the possibilities, both good or bad. Everyone who works there has been friendly, helpful and cheerful as possible, given the circumstances. They've also helped us with the insurance company giving us the round around and pushed some things through, which we appreciate greatly. We feel very comfortable with the treatments and staff at this location.
