I had them come install an RO system and water softener and the tech that did it had an oops and it leaked. But when I called, Michelle was so nice and the owner came out himself at night and fixed it. Even brought his own towel which was thoughtful.The next year when I had to have the yearly filter change, she worked with me with my situation and went above and beyond . I'm not sure how there are bad reviews because from my experience, everyone involved was great.

Had my first water system installed today. The tech was amazingly knowledgeable and was able to easily navigate my rather poorly constructed piping system. Extremely happy with the overall service. Would 100% recommend them.

We picked Integrity Water Solutions based on all the positive reviews and we're glad we did. We were having issues with hard water odors in our laundry and shower drains and needed to do something fast. Their installers were clean and courteous. Soft water fixed the issues we were having and we're very happy.
