I had a great experience at Imperial -- I visited no less than 6x between Jan-Feb 2026 to buy various product to renovate two showers. Eric Poturalski was very helpful, friendly, and a big Chi Bears fan! I will be back to Imperial the next time I need material for a project, it's worth the drive.
