We ‘ve had such a positive experience with Icon Roofing. They’re highly professional and not at all pushy. Moreover, there was essentially no wait for them to come out. They got right to us once we contacted them. And, when we decided to proceed with the work they proposed, they had someone out to do it in less than 24 hours. Everyone we’ve interacted with from Icon from beginning to end has been so great and made the process super easy. We’ve dealt with a several different roofing companies over the past 25 years, and Icon was far and away the best experience. They’ll now be our go-to roofing company. Very highly recommend them!

Working with Icon Roofing was great! When they gave us the bid, all of the details were clearly described and pictures were provided. There were optional services added to give us a complete picture of the cost, but we could remove those items/services without any problems. The bid was placed in a system that allowed direct communication online. It provided all the scheduling information and details of our job. We accepted their bid and planned to move forward with the work and discovered another project that needed to take priority. Icon did a great job from start to finish. They were prompt with getting us on the schedule, and completing in a timely manner, even in the hot August sun. The crew was very polite and hard working. They updated my vents, and added some optional vents that would be needed by todays code. They did not try to push an upsell on the entire roof, but gave me the options for different upgrades. I now feel fully safe and secure from any storms that may happen. Thank you
