I have been going to Laura Edwards, NP, as my primary care provider on the corner of Superstition Springs and Power for almost 9 years. I have had an amazing experience there, and she is the best! Since the facility has changed to Honor Health, I have not had any change to my care nor to office staff. Everyone is still very pleasant.
The only problem I experienced was in January when the transition took place. The wait time on phone calls was extremely long. I feel Honor Health could have anticipated that and hired temporary help to take phone calls. Now, the wait time is minimal.
Dr Shrocki is the best! She was my parents primary for years and was a great support for me during their end of life transition. I was so excited when our insurance became in network and changed immediately.
Its easy to make appointments or reschedule. Give updates and reminders. Staff are very professional and attentive. Records are easy to access and always up to date. My doctor, Dr S. Magijawala, responds in a very timely manner. easy to reach and answers questions and explains everything in a language i understand.
