Back in early December, I was looking for some landscape rock that the other Home Depots did not have, and to my delight, this store had the rock I needed! The lady in the garden center, Alice, truly went the extra mile in order to help me! Alice called for extra help to load the bags of rock into my car. But before they could load, Alice insisted on laying plastic to down on my car floor so that my carpet would not get ruined from the rock! All of a sudden, 3 guys came out loading bags of rock carefully in my car. It was really a blessing to have that much help, especially in the way Alice orchestrated everything to make it a great experience! I definitely want to come back to this store. I didn't tell Alice that I had had 6 back operations, but she went to bat for me, regardless! Needless to say I will be back! Thank you Home Depot! Thank you Alice!
