I hired Home Instead to care for my 94-year-old father after he left acute rehab for pneumonia. Prior to his setback with pneumonia, he fractured his femur and was working through personal physical therapy. My 90-year-old mother also lives with my father, so finding a personal care giver that will blend with my parents' likings took roughly three weeks till Denise and Aly became their permanent liking. Aly has recently left and Home Instead is work with us to find that perfect replacement again. Excellent communication and concern for the patients. They match up caregivers who have similar interests. They visit the patients and know what their needs are and find caregivers that are compatible. Barbara and Natalie are wonderful. My son looks forward to the days they keep him company and spend time with him.
