I thought I was going to get a pedi before I picked my boys up today, but when I went in I stood there for a while and not one employee/owner asked what I was there for. They just stood around with their hands behind their backs. Very disappointing. As for customers, the place was empty with the exception of one other person who was getting a wax service. My instincts told me to go to another place...I guess I should have read the reviews before I went in! I would have been furious if I received work like this after being ignored.Always trust your gut.✨?

I used to go to this nail salon, but the service & help has gone downhill. Today, for example, I walked in, only 2 techs working. One was doing a pedicure & the other, nails. The receptionist told me that my tech needed to leave soon & couldnt do my nails, i said, thats ok, ill wait for the girl, no problem. Shortly after, in walks a woman who was supposed to have an appointment with the man, except he was leaving, so, instead of telling her she couldn't be helped, they told me that I couldn't be helped. I really like how they do my nails but the last couple times have sucked. I went in at 9 am today and now I have 2 nails that the paint chipped off of and it was a gel polish. And another nail broke.Services: Manicures
