Totally satisfied with Harmon's. They were able to quickly replace the lock on my 1991 Sunbird when the original glove compartment lock froze up. They made a replacement key with buttons for my Honda at a reasonable price. They also bailed me out when my Honda locked me out. Told me my full coverage insurance would reimburse me their service fee. Good guys!!! Personable and professional and efficient!
