I messaged her on the 5th of November. I was given two options for appointments, then was told the next day had been filled. So I advised I'd make the other date work.I messaged her today to confirm.I am not upset there was a misunderstanding and my appointment was not scheduled.I am upset that someone who is intended for healing would act like a child and immediately result to pointing fingers. I advised her it was ok and I'd find another resource. But she still continued to point the blame. Horrible customer service and not someone that I'd want tampering with my energy.

Love love love my first experience with Kathee? she’s so awesome and understanding. I love her energies she’s just so positive and loves her job. Kathee’s a freaking awesome person in general. Place is so peaceful and cute, and after the session I felt great, at peace. Will definitely be coming back to see her... oh and you guys gotta check out her group on deals?.
