To start, I am somewhat technologically challenged. The photos on my Lenovo laptop were multiplying faster than rabbits in a crowded enclosure! Everywhere I looked, there were copies of my photos. I emailed Grandson’s Computer Repair Company and described the situation. Literally within 1 minute, owner Gabriel called me! Great customer service! He determined my photos were multiplying due to user error (what a surprise!) He rearranged a few things on the laptop and suggested I come in to the office for some user (that would be me) training on how and where to save my photos.
