Came out and did the initial clean-up of the yard, but never returned for subsequent appointments for ongoing maintenance. When asked about it, I was told they would come out after the day they were supposed to show but didn't, but they never showed again. This seems to be a common problem with this service even with other providers.

I have been using this yard service for about three years. Last year I asked them to service my watering system. They told me the main panel had to be replaced, which they did. Since then I have had problems with a few of the stations not working. I noticed about three months ago that my grapefruit tree was drying up, then my two years old lemon tree. I have tried to bring them back with manual watering, but the damage is severe. During this time I have placed numerous calls and texts to them. They did not show up for service at all this month and have ghosted me, leaving me with a broken watering system and hundreds of dollars worth of dead trees.I strongly suggest you... read full review

I worked remotely with this company for one of my rental properties and never had an issue with communications. They communicated throughout the project, from quote to actual work done. I requested pictures before and after and they did a good job chopping down a tree in the backyard. They were on time and reliable, and most of all, cost efficient.
