Huge thanks to Bailey for squeezing me in today! I got home from vacation to find an exhaust vent that's near my air handler dripping water. I was worried the drip pan was spilling over and what else might be wrong. Texted Bailey at 7am and he was at my house with one of his teammates by 10am! Luckily an easy fix - blow out all the debris and tell me to change my air filters more often - all for a reasonable price! This company will definitely be my go to from now on for anything HVAC.
My AC went out in the heat of summer and it was HOT inside the house to say the least. I called Fresh Breeze and they came out right away and gave me a diagnosis of the problems and outlined my repair options. Bailey was very professional and gave me my options along with his recommendations, in terms that made sense to me as an average Joe... After we agreed on a repair plan, he quickly got to work and we were blowing cool air once again! I know that this service call was just a band-aid to get through this summer but I know who I will be calling when I am ready to replace my 15 year old unit before the summer of 2025!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
