Mr. Hill did a wonderful job in checking my laptop for viruses and what I needed done to make my laptop run more efficiently for me. My work laptop would not power up on a Friday night. Since my company doesn't have a local IT help desk, I had to get it fixed before Monday morning. I called Rick at 10:00 Saturday morning and he said I could bring it over in an hour. He spent an hour running his diagnostic checks, explaining everything he was looking at. He identified the issue, fixed it and I left. Later that afternoon, another issue popped up. I texted him and he said if the problem persisted, I could bring it back the next day, even though it was his day off.
