I had a laptop hard drive that was showing signs of failure, and Rick saved me from losing my data. He helped identify a new NVMe SSD drive, which I purchased and brought to him. He then cloned my failing drive onto the new SSD and installed it back in my laptop. The laptop repair when went perfectly. After the replacement, my system booted up like there had never been an issue. I wouldn't hesitate to use Rick again and I can tell he does system repairs, and system builds as well. If I was in the market for any of those things, I'd have full confidence in him.
