I'm a bit late posting this review but I rented for 5 years in Tempe with Bennet Property Management and most of the times I had to deal with them it sucked. The name appears to have slightly changed but it's the same office with the basically same logo and I see on their site today it still says "Bennett Property Management has been providing professional Phoenix property management for the last 45 years".

Summary - if you deal with them make sure you have your A covered in all aspects, unless they provide veritable proof of abandonment, denouncement, and reform of all practices resembling those described below, which are all my 1st hand experience.
