Down to Earth and friendly staff! Exceptional equipment and very clean! Groovin' music to match the awesome vibes! A true gem hidden in plain site! 10/10 recommend! Easily one of the best gyms I've had the pleasure of visiting in the West/Southwest Region ?
Great place for those who want to get a workout & then get on with their day - no pools, pickleball courts, or extra frills like that, and priced very well for what you get. Lots of cardio machines (treadmill, bike, elliptical, stairs, etc) plus all the weight training equipment you could ever ask for. Generally people leave you alone so you can get an efficient, effective workout in record time.
