I wasn’t very happy with how Carmen was treating Catalina during my service. I kept overhearing things that made me feel very uncomfortable. I remember Carmen was working here a few years ago and I’m not sure if she has seniority or what but she is just plain rude. Making a comment to her client that Catalina will not be here very much longer while Catalina was on the phone with a customer is awful. No employee/nor customer should have to feel uncomfortable. I can tell that Catalina is working in distress. I am going to put in a complaint.
My wife came in a few weeks ago she had been bugging me to review for her she wanted to let April know she absolutely loved her new hair color and recommended April HIGHLY!!! Also I think the new cut and style is sexy!!! Thanks again sorry for the late review!!

This was my first time here. I haven't had any luck finding someone who can cut my hair using a straight razor. I was nervous but I was so comfortable as soon as I got there. Carmen was amazing, so kind and she is very talented. She cut my hair exactly how I like it and even better. My cut and the color was wonderful. I finally felt good about me when I walked out of there. The Salon is nice and it is in great location. The other stylist was super nice as well. Even the other customers. Very welcoming!!!! Can't wait to see them again. Carmen you are a blessing!!!!
