I had lots of HVAC choices, but I am so glad that I hired the team at Falcon Air. They were so professional and gave us great service and value for our HVAC replacement. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest company with great customer service.
Today I had my AC serviced (yearly maintenance) by Jake. He was professional, friendly, and explained to me exactly what he was doing. He didn’t try to sell me a package of goods that I didn’t need just did his job. I’m glad to not only find this company but hope that Jake returns when I need service.

We've been using Falcon for years, and they've never disappointed. The technicians are very personable and get straight to the point. Just had them out to inspect a unit before our home purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Alex and his team were awesome— on time, in-depth notes, and really knew what they were doing.
They got everything done quickly and made sure it was done right. Alex took the time to explain what was going on and gave honest recommendations without trying to upsell anything, which I really appreciated.
