Overall, the clinic is praised for its compassionate and thorough care, particularly from Dr. Hattab and his medical assistant, Stacey, who are described as going above and beyond to address patients' needs.
From the front desk / reception, the nurse and the wonderful Dr. itself, the entire staff was highly professional, knowledgeable and very personable. One could not expect or hope for better care.
Everyone here at the Stapley facility were friendly, professional, and dedicated to helping me. I received the help I needed from Dr. Jain to relieve my back pain. I am very thankful I decided to go to this facility and this doctor.
The front desk staff was welcoming and made the check-in process quick and easy. The Medical Assistant was professional, compassionate, and very attentive throughout the visit. I saw Dr. Kamineni, who ensured all my questions were answered and demonstrated both professionalism and strong knowledge. It was also very convenient to have a walk-in lab on site, allowing me to complete all my testing in one place.
