After the initial water mitigation work was done by Anthony and crew when a pipe burst in our attic space, my wife and I had some concerns about a couple of other areas we noticed that may have been affected. I called Anthony, who told me he would be out the next day to survey the areas we were concerned about. He called ahead of time to let me know that he had to reschedule and again called ahead on the next day he was scheduled to come out. He let me know that Neal and Edvin would be coming out to survey the area since he couldn’t make it. Had a water heater leak during the night, that wasn't discovered until morning after walls and floor were starting to get wet in rooms adjacent to water heater closet. Tyler was quick to get here within 20 minutes of call. Tyler and his other team members Neal and Edvin got dehumidifiers placed in the rooms with fans and lines delivering dry air into wall cavities and below floor. Removed the old water heater, and prepared the closet for the new water heater plumber plans to install later today. Will need to have the air moving equipment running for next few days, but that beats tearing out and replacing walls and floors had we not discovered the problem... read full review
