First time I came here (9/28) they did an excellent job with the red hair color. On my second appointment (10/28) I wanted the red but with copper at ends for my wedding. I sent multiple pictures and was told it was possible to do. At the end of the session my hair came out the same color, all red. It's beautiful but it is not what I wanted. The stylist blamed the hair product and was going to complain to the manufacturer. I was not offered a solution and I was still charged. I could of done the same color myself but I wanted a unique look for my wedding and that's why I went to the salon.
Kristi is amazing at everything she does and has created such an awesome space! Love hanging with her and watching her make magic!!
