When I first moved back to Az I was struggling to find someone who could work on my travel trailer. I had a great guy in Tn who could diagnose over the phone and tell me how to do something. And I found that with Desert Rv. Loren and Theresa and the whole staff at Desert Rv are wonderful to work with. The guys will show you how to fix something if you wanna go about it yourself. I bought a brand new toilet, they told me how to do it, and when I got stuck they was right out to finish where I left off. I’ve also had them replace my thermostat in my trailer also. Been using Desert RV for several years now when we snowbird into Mesa area. I have been more than satisfied with their work. Last season 2022 they replaced a toilet and bathroom fan in my Tiffin Class A. I should say upgraded because as we all know manufacturers put in cheap crap when building an RV. 2023 season I'll have another honey do list for them. I know where I'll be checking in at for service. Have another ceiling fan to change out.

Very friendly people to deal with. Work was completed on. time . Only problem I had was the cost of bolting on a spare tire mount. It should have only taken about 20 minutes to do. Really not getting a hourly rate charged to do it. But it is done.
