DePalma's Team USA Martial Arts is a great studio for beginners, offering students the opportunity to learn respect, discipline, and self-defense techniques in a fun and supportive environment. The instructors, Mrs. Ochoa and Sensei Tangeman, are passionate and skilled, known for their ability to bring out the best in their students. Students, including those with no prior experience, can learn weapons, sparring, and work towards earning their Black Belt, often looking forward to every class.

My kids started training and within 4 months, I started training. Sensei Ochoa is amazing and she has created the most welcoming environment. My husband also started training, making it an awesome family activity. I look forward to classes, think about the lessons during the day, and go to extra training opportunities. Can’t imagine my week without it, in many ways because of Sensei O!
Sensei Ochoa is phenomenal! Very dedicated to the success of her students. She has a lot of experience and focuses on discipline, right technique, among other things. Highly recommend this karate school for whoever wants to take karate seriously.
