Patients appreciate the practice's responsiveness, communication, and ability to make the entire experience, from insurance approval to the procedure, smooth and positive.
Our first visit. My daughter has autism and severe anxiety. The lady doing her xrays was phenomenal. She did everything she could to get the scans without stressing my daughter out too much. The doctor- thanked us for correcting her name pronunciation, made sure to do everything to make her feel comfortable. They gave us a referral so she can be knocked out to do her first round of dental work, but want to see if on the next visit, we can come back. And we will be. Also, my child LOVED the ceiling train.
phenomenal customer service and kindness from this whole team. it was quick, easy, i felt like i was in and out, while also being listening to and heard. most medical offices (dentistry or other) have you wait for so long for either the appointment itself in the waiting room, or wait 20 + minutes to see the doctor. this office was the opposite. nothing but good things to say about them!!
I am so happy I chose Dental Depot for my dental care. Everyone there is very professional and friendly making my visits comfortable, a pleasant experience every time.
