Comfort Experts is top notch. My wife came home from work to no AC today and with one phone call we had a tech scheduled for same day.
Not only did we get on the schedule, Oscar(tech) was available earlier then scheduled(4pm). He was very courteous and was able to diagnose quickly.
Repairs and service were thorough and timely, at an affordable.
I will definitely be reaching out when we remodel and replace the complete duct system.
We had a GREAT experience with Hector from Comfort Experts. My grandmother has been having issues with her unit for a few years now and she continued to call the same company to repair it, but it would go out again within a few months. My husband told me to reach out to Comfort Experts to help her out. Hector was fantastic. He arrived on time, was clear in explaining to her (and myself) about what the issue was. These were things that made sense to us and we were surprised that other companies didn’t actually dig into the unit to be able to find these issues. Had them come back as the zone damper was periodically sticking closed. Went ahead and replaced the damper motor. Connor quickly did a good job.
My only frustration was with the lack of transparency in their pricing of the repair. Took some discussion with the owner to better understand the pricing and come to a fair agreement. I wish the HVAC industry was more like auto repair which will quote you the parts and labor separately. Reduced my original 5 star rating down to 4 stars as a result.
