Excellent first time experience with this company! They were clean, thorough, and efficient. I’ve never used a window cleaning company before but I won’t be booking with anyone else in the valley!
They do inside and outside plus the exposed tracks and screens. They charge per panel, per screen, and also do mirrors.
The house smells, looks, and feels amazing now! So appreciative.
Update: I've been using Clearco for 11 years from my first home in AZ to my 2nd. That's how good they are.
Original review: 15 windows and 1 sliding glass door, screens and tracks cleaned on 2/19/2014. Just bought the house and the windows were filthy. The tracks were worse. Took him a few hours and he did a great job. I'm going to clean the tracks more myself. I can't fault the technician because it looked like they had never been cleaned and the dirt/sand was so caked it looked like pottery in the tracks! It's so nice to look out my lovely clean windows now. Well worth the money and the price was reasonable. Very pleased.
Got my sectional and rug cleaned by Colten and he did a great job! He was incredibly kind after I accidentally used my old address when booking the appointment and handled my mistake with patience and understanding. I have 6 animals in my home so our rug and couch need a good cleaning, deodorizer, and protectant at least once per year. After Colten left my home today, my living room looked and smelled as if I had a pet free home!
