We’ve been very happy with Clear Water Concepts, they installed our water softener and RO systems, and have been maintaining them for the past 6 years. Our technician today, Franz Charbonneaux was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Clear Water Concepts!
Adrian Medina did a great job diagnosing the problem with my RO system and fixing the problem. He took the time to wait and make sure the issue was fixed completely. When it wasn't to his satisfaction, He took it all apart and found another issue. He fixed that quickly as well and educated me as to how it all worked so that I could see the warning signs if it happens again.
