Upon arrival I was greeted with open arms & smiling faces. After being hospitalized for 3 months it was sure good to see.
This place is very clean, professional & compassionate staff & the food is great.

The people that were helping my wife are good but the room temperature is way too hot they need to bring it down to around °72 instead of being °77 because it is ridiculous to be sweating all day and it is°110 outside please let them change the turn the temperature down

A friend of my brother was accepted there and I saw it there myself. Their skilled nurses,.PT, OT, NP are.excellent in giving care. The downside is their CNAs or caregivers caring for the residents. Each is expcted to care for 10 to 16 patients. Patients have to wait up to an hour to be attended after pushing the call button. Most of the time, they are talking and mostly on their mobile phones and when you call them, they seem irritated. I have been to other facilities, Citadels.caregivers or CNA are rude and very unprofessional. Management needs to overhaul them.
