I can’t say enough about our experience with this company! Previously, we had a company come out to service one of our units. Mind you, this company has a segment on YOUR LIFE A TO Z😮. The tech came out, did a point check, and then when he turned the unit on, it didn’t work! Then he gave my husband a quote for a new unit at $10,000 plus. I was out of town and when he told me that, I said NO! No way was that unit broken. We had a family member refer Child Air to come out and do a check. Come to find out that the breaker by the unit blew and needed replacing(something the other tech should have corrected). Our tech Alfonse Baez was terrific and in a matter of an hour, we had cold air !! All I can say is WOW! Thank you CHILD AIR🙂

I'm very grateful for Enrique's help at my home this week. Our AC went out due to a problem with the breaker and he was very thorough in his troubleshooting, recommended a great electrician, and followed up to make sure everything was working correctly. I'm very impressed with Child's responsiveness, knowledge, and customer service. I will be recommending their team to all my friends. Thank you!
