My 1st ever cardiologist appointment, I was super nervous.But Dr Chan made me feel so comfortable. Answered all my questions patiently,explained the minutest detail of the medicine that he prescribed,described the reasons behind high bp,cited relevant examples. I left his clinic feeling so confident as I believe knowledge is power.He cracked jokes to keep the environment light and me and my husband loved it. We thought he would be just another busy doctor who hardly sees patients for 5mins but thankfully he proved us wrong,he spent at least 30mins if not more with us writing down everything in paper. Thank you so much Dr Chan from the bottom of our hearts 🙏
I want to put a good word in for the front desk girl Johanna. I had an ultrasound appointment and Johanna was very kind and checked me in quickly. I only waited for about 5 minutes and was called in right away. I had a very welcoming experience. I hope Dr. Chan sees this so he can give her a raise for her good work.
