About CaZo Dance Center
CaZo Dance Center is a welcoming and inclusive dance and fitness studio for all ages, taught by professionals from CaZo Dance Theatre. The studio provides instruction in various dance techniques such as Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Modern, Acro/Tumbling, Aerial, and HipHop/Breaking. The instructors, who all have a College Dance Degree and CPR/First Aid Certification, specialize in unique and creative curriculum for youth, aiming to inspire, prepare, and build confidence not only in dance but in life. The studio has 17 years of experience in Wedding choreography, Private Ballroom Lessons, and is available for hire for flashmobs, corporate entertainment events, and more. The studio is also available for rent. One family expressed their happiness with the studio, mentioning the welcoming atmosphere and the sense of community. Their daughter has a wonderful experience with the teacher, Miss Sophia, who is kind, encouraging, and has a desire for the best for each child. Another individual shared their gratitude for the studio, after starting ballet at another studio at the age of 12 and not growing much in dance. After taking private classes with the owner, Mrs. Bridgette, and group classes with Mrs. Becca, they have grown significantly in dance. The instructors were accommodating to their scoliosis and helped them accomplish things they never thought they could. A third individual praised the friendly and inclusive environment, and the availability of adult drop-in classes. They are glad to be a part of and support this community.
I go to CaZo Dance Theatre on Saturdays for the Adult Contemporary classes. I have never danced in my life, but at the tender age of 53 decided I needed to try dance. So, I jumped in at another studio and loved it. I knew immediately I needed to dance more than once a week, so I found CaZo and attended my first class with Amber as the instructor. She is amazing! So thoughtful, so patient with a clunky old beast like me and I appreciate it so much. I love going there. I went to the murder mystery fundraiser and watched the performances of all the dancers and thought how wonderful it would be to be able to move like that. That night helped to fix dance into my heart and I have been enjoying it since.
I planned a date night for my husband and I to learn Salsa. I had my choice of several style, but I thought this sounded fun. I truly have 2 left feet and really wanted to learn how to dance with my husband. Bridget was fantastic! She made us feel comfortable, was able to break down the dance moves so we could learn easily, very encouraging and upbeat. I thought I was going to feel defeated with still not knowing how to dance, but it was the exact opposite, I can dance. a very fund and connecting date night for us, we will be back for more lessons. Wish I would have thought of this years ago
I've been dancing and taking lessons with Bridgette since 2009. I love her energy and spunk; it makes her classes so much fun!
