Dropped off a few items that needed to be altered 2 weeks before I'm to go on my trip to Mexico the receipt says come after 5:00 p.m. Friday get there at 2:30 p.m. Friday sat in my car and called the number listed no answer because that's the only day of the week that they're open and no one was there what an inconvenience now I have to buy a whole different outfit because they will be closed the day I catch my flight I need my clothesService: Alterations

If I could put 0 stars I would. I entrusted them with cleaning my faux fur blanket, and somehow it came back in worse condition. It went from white to gray, the fibers stiffened, and there were even pieces of lint embedded within the fabric. They charged me 32 dollars to use it as a mop.I had told them to simply do laundry but they dry cleaned it instead, despite one of the employees affirming they read the labels on the fabric.Past the list of disclaimers, the receipt says you can send complaints within 48 hours, but due to COVID they are only open one day of the week and they do not even let you leave a voicemail notifying them of dissatisfaction. The last few times I brought in shirts to be cleaned I felt I was more of a bother to the person up front. I thought she asleep on one occasion. The facility itself is extremely hot with little circulation and only a fa for cooling. I felt bad for the workers in there. No customer service and poor working conditions caused me to give this place one star, and move my business elsewhere.
