Both Ben and Joseph were great. Ben explained everything to me and told me what to look for going forward. He took the time to call the office regarding a specific question and followed through drilling holes to insert the chemicals then filling the holes with concrete. Both men are highly professional and great ambassadors for Burns. Thank you.

I give this company 5 stars because of the technician that I have, James! He is awesome. Very thorough, explains everything, easy to set up next appointment, polite, respectful. But mostly, James always does an excellent job. He is always on time. As long as I have James, I will be staying with Burns Pest Elimination. He is awesome!

I was watching our daughters house and she had pre-scheduled a treatment for weed control. Crystal called before hand to tell me she was on her way. Got to the house at 9:40 and at 2:30 she texted me that she was done! Granted they are on an acre plus of property. while I watched, before getting her attention, Crystal was thorough and meticulous in her work. We are also on an acre. Our last weed company wasn't on our property an hour!!! I will be scheduling an appointment and requesting Crystal....thank you!
