Our request for off-site drapery cleaning/sanitizing with the Elysium company was initially addressed by a company that scheduled us as we needed to accommodate reconstruction being done at our house. As the day approached for our curtains to be taken off-site, we received troubling calls from Elysium saying our technician had a family emergency and couldn’t make it….only to be told the next day that the tech hadn’t shown up for work and we had been lied to. We were told our bill would be adjusted, even halved, but that never happened. As a first time customer I was encouraged with the cleaning technology that was mentioned on the Elysium web site. Our sofa was soiled by our dog rubbing against the fabric. The terms of micro-extraction, 3-step corrective cleaning and deep clean and restore as well as positive on-line reviews provided for the decision to make an appointment. The technician arrived on time and diligently worked over 2-1/2 hours to clean our sofa and two chairs. After an overnight drying period, we found that there were areas of our sofa that needed further cleaning. Another appointment was made and two technicians came to re-clean the areas in question. Service started off a little rough as the Tech was supposed to be there Tuesday but encountered delays on previous job that dah so had to reschedule for Thursday, KJ the Tech showed up on time and did an awesome job. I will recommend Elysium to my friend for carpet and upholstery services in the future. Thanks KJ!
