These guys are absolute lifesavers! I made a mistake and fried my laptop’s motherboard, so I went to Bits n’ Bytes for a professional diagnosis. Sure enough, my motherboard was more fried than a sunny-side-up egg. They quoted over $600 for a new one but, considering my laptop was eight years old, they actually advised me to buy a new device instead—honest advice that I really appreciated.
I managed to find a replacement motherboard at a lower price, and they even credited the diagnostic fee toward the installation. Then, when another issue popped up, they fixed it without charging me a dime!
We want to thank Anthony for the patience he displayed while trying to figure out something on the laptop we bought from Bits n’ Bytes. We were there 1 1/2 hrs so surely he was extremely frustrated, but showed kindness. We would highly recommend going to Bits n’ Bytes whether you are purchasing or need repair.
