I used Sargent Roofing based on a recommendation of a friend who is also a realtor. Additionally, I interviewed with five other roofing companies and Sargent was the most affordable by about 15%. They were great to work with. They explained the challenges of the job, worked exceptionally hard and were very courteous towards myself and my family. The roof looks great and I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Ron for all of the hard work, I greatly appreciate it.

Sargent Roofing came to do an inspection and repair on the roof of my new home and they were extremely thorough with our inspection and repair. They helped educate me on roof maintenance as well so I would reduce the possibility of future issues. We are going to use them again for gutter installation in the near future!

Ron reroofed the house we purchased in Chandler AZ. His price was good given that he agreed to do extra fixes in his bid where the roof support and fascia had rotted through. His crew started at the time he promised and they finished in the time he promised. Next when Ron did the final inspection himself he discovered some tiles that didn't meet his spec so he didn't collect final payment but instead sent the crew up again over the weekend to bring it up to his specs. He collected payment after that was done. Since I wasn't able to even see the problems that he saw, and he pushed out completion until he was sure it was all in good order, I was very impressed by his attention to detail. My neighbors were impressed at the large size of his crew which let him finish quickly.
