He is very skilled and friendly. He diagnosed our slide-out problem quickly and showed me the problem and explained to me the problem was caused by both motor and cable. His price is very reasonable. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends.

Nice response, calling me back on a Saturday. Was disappointed that they no longer perform basic RV maintenance, that was listed in their website as services provided. But they did provide me a suggestion of another provider. Good customer service.
