Nothing stops your heart like the message that says, “Can’t access - file is corrupted”. This was not just file but my 4 TB external hard drive. Good thing I had recently contracted with AZComp! It was a Saturday morning, to boot. First I took my device to a live tech at a local computer firm. He offered no hope at all. Then, desperate, I texted Brandon at AZComp. Just receiving a reply reduced my stress. Monday I was connected to their tech who was able to identify the issue and restore EVERYTHING! What the heck. AZComp earned every penny of their contract that day!
